Using this website

We provide this website and our services subject to these terms. By browsing or buying, you agree to them. We may update the website and these terms at any time; a change applies from the date it is published and does not affect an order already placed.

You must not upload or send anything through this website that contains harmful code, is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene or discriminatory, or infringes anyone's copyright, trade marks or other rights under Singapore law or the law of any other country that applies.

If you are under 18, please use this website with a parent or guardian.

Licence to use the content

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to view this website for shopping. The images, text, designs, videos and other content are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, modify, reverse-engineer or otherwise exploit the website or its content for another business without our written permission.

We may refuse service or cancel an order if we reasonably believe the conduct involved is unlawful or harmful. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the payment in full.

Accounts and passwords

If we give you an account or password, keep it secure. You are responsible for activity carried out with it, and you should tell us straight away if you think it has been used without your permission.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Singapore dollars, with no additional tax charged. Curtain track is priced per metre: a quantity of one in your cart is one metre. The cordless screwdriver is priced per item. Delivery, any valid discount and the total are shown before you pay.

Please check your measurements, the products in your cart and your delivery details before paying. If we find a pricing or stock error that affects your order, we will contact you to fix it, or refund you in full if we cannot supply the item.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken by the provider you choose at checkout (card through Stripe, or PayPal). Never send card details by email, chat or the contact form. Delivery charges, times and tracking are explained on our Shipping page.

Returns, cancellations and your consumer rights

Our Refunds and Returns policy sets out our 15-day change-of-mind returns, the $39 per order packing and handling fee, return postage and the 12.5% fee on cancellations. Singapore law does not provide a general cooling-off period for online purchases, so that change-of-mind policy is a voluntary policy we offer.

Under the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement first, and then a price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms or our policies limits those rights, and the change-of-mind fees do not apply to a remedy you are entitled to under the law.

Safe installation and use

Whether a track suits your space depends on the whole installation: the ceiling, the fixings and the weight of the curtains. No tested maximum load is published for the track. Get qualified help where you need it. The cordless screwdriver is for light screwdriving and is not a drill or an insulated electrical tool.

Governing law

These terms, and any order placed through this website, are governed by the laws of Singapore.
