Delivery and shipping information

We are glad to bring our customers good value and service.

Our current delivery times

Delivery time varies by location. Delivery across Singapore takes 5 to 7 days. This does not include our 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time.

Delivery charges

• Standard delivery is free when your goods total is $75 or more after any discount.
• Below $75, standard delivery is $25.
• Express shipping is an optional paid service at $25, charged on every order that chooses it, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery. We do not publish a separate express delivery time, so please contact us before choosing it for a deadline.

The delivery charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Online orders are delivered to addresses in Singapore; for any other destination, please contact us first.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Parcel page.

Late, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will look into it with the delivery provider and put it right, as set out in our Refunds and Returns policy. Your rights under Singapore law are not affected.
