Your consumer rights come first

Under the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their purpose and as described. Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or changes those rights or any other right you have under Singapore law.

Limited liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss arising from your use of our products or website, including loss caused by interruptions or delays. We are not responsible for delivery delays outside our control, but we will always work with you to resolve a late or missing order.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability for goods that do not conform to the contract, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding what you paid for them, in line with the remedies available under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.

Safe installation and use

Please use our products as intended and follow any instructions supplied. You and your installer are responsible for checking that the ceiling, fixings and curtain weight suit the installation. No tested maximum load is published for our curtain track. Get qualified help for any work you are unsure about.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for any loss or claim caused by your misuse of our products contrary to their intended use or instructions, or by your unlawful use of this website, except to the extent the loss is caused by us.
